Jason Bradley Norwood

Jason Bradley Norwood, age 32, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 12, 2023, in Stanton, TN.  The family has chosen cremation and a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023, at 4:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.  A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM prior to the service at Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.

Jason was born on January 2, 1991, in Brownsville, TN, to Melvin Dane and Mary Norwood.  Jason loved being with friends, hunting, fishing, and spending time at his lake house.  He enjoyed working on 4-wheelers and was always working on something.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Elrod Norwood, one brother Christopher Norwood (Kim) of Kilgore, TX, one sister, Dana Taylor (Elmer) of Stanton, TN, and his fiancé, Dawn Fike, of Covington, TN.  He also leaves 2 nieces, Lindsey Crain (Tommy), Hannah Norwood, and one nephew, Nathan Norwood (Keriann).

Jason was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Dane Norwood.

The family requests that memorials be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.  All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
