Foxlea Shooting Suspect Indicted

The man arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting in west Jackson, last November, has been indicted for his role in the shooting. Bryan Day, 27, was indicted on charges of aggravated assault and felony reckless endangerment. Investigators believe he took aim at a 21-year-old Jackson man who was walking along Foxlea Drive with his mother in November of last year. No one was injured in the incident, Day remains jailed on $100,000 bond.
