House Catches Fire on Westover Road

A Madison County family is out of their home after a early evening fire, Tuesday. Just after 6:30, Madison County firefighters rushed to a home in the 1300 block of Westover Road, where they found smoke and flames. Firefighters said the fire appears to have started in the living area and moved into the attic by the time they arrived. They were able to get it under control in about an hour and a half. No one was at home at the time.
