Jackson Man Charged with Statutory Rape
A Jackson man has been arrested on rape charges even though police said the girl agreed to have sex with him. The problem is she is only 13. Gregory Price, 18, faces one count of statutory rape in connection with a March incident, where the girl’s mother says Price, who lives in their neighborhood, had sex with her daughter. He also faces a simple possession charge after police said they found marijuana on him when they arrested him, Tuesday.
