Henry County Woman Missing

Henry County authorities confirm that a body of a woman was found, but have not said if it is the same woman missing since Sunday. Officers said Alice Stachewicz, 56, disappeared from her home on Barnhill Lane sometime after 8, Sunday night after an argument with a family member. The registered nurse’s cell phone, purse and other personal belongings were found inside the home. During the search of nearby fields and woods, Wednesday night, authorities said the body of a white female was found in a creek, but have not said that it is Stachewicz.
