Presson Out of Hospital, In Jail

Mike Presson, the former Madison County constable, who was rushed to the hospital Thursday night after being convicted of 22-counts of child rape and sexual battery is back behind bars. According to Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork, the 67-year-old was returned to the Madison County jail just before midnight. He was taken to the hospital and booked. Thursday, a jury convicted him of 11 counts of child rape and 11 counts of sexual battery involving two young girls.
