Jackson Man Arrested for Crack Cocaine

A Jackson man is free on a $15,000 bond after police arrested him on several charges, while performing a traffic stop. Tyler Lamont Twiddy, 19, is charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, evading arrest and running a stop sign. Officers said when they tried to pull Twiddy over for running the stop sign, he fled on foot. Once in custody, investigators seized $1,200 worth of crack cocaine and a little more than $300 cash along with Twiddy’s cell phone.
