It is still a few days until Easter, but already the Easter Bunny has some help in an annual Easter tradition. Members of West Tennessee’s Double A baseball team, the Jackson Generals are busy preparing for an Easter egg hunt to be held this Sunday at Pringles Park. The team’s mascot, Sarge, is helping the Easter Bunny with ‘Sarge’s Easter Egg Hunt’. Hundreds of eggs are being hidden at the park for kids to hunt and find on Easter Sunday. “We want all the kids of West Tennessee to come out and enjoy a great day of baseball,” said Jason Compton, assistant manager of the Jackson Generals. Sarge’s Easter Egg Hunt is for kids ages 12 and under. It is scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 1:15 at Pringles Park, just before the Generals take on the Mobile Bay Bears at 2:05.
