A Jackson judge rejected a plea deal for a convicted sex offender charged with new counts of stalking two women in Jackson. Jackson Nickell, 39 of Holladay appeared in Jackson City Court where attorneys presented a plea deal where he would serve a total of 11-months and 29 days in jail for both counts of stalking.
