Body Discovered In Alcorn County MS
Alcorn County authorities plan an autopsy on human remains found in a vehicle belonging to a missing Prentiss County woman.
Alcorn County Chief DeputyTommy Hopkins said the vehicle has been identified as belonging to Tammy Renee McVey Wright, who has been missing since March 25.
Hopkins said a person fishing near a county road spotted the car Sunday and notified authorities.
Hopkins said it appears the car had been set on fire – and that the autopsy may take some time because of the condition of the remains.
