Cole Faces Rape Charge

A Madison County grand jury will hear the case of Wesley Cole, who faces a charge of rape. A 22-year-old woman tearfully testified during his preliminary hearing that Cole raped her earlier this year. She told police she is a family member of Cole’s wife and was spending the night at their house in March when Cole beat her with his fist and raped her. Cole is currently free on bond.
