Miss Tennessee Contestants at Mall Sunday

With next week being Miss Tennessee Week in Jackson, contestants will begin arriving this weekend. 36 talented young women will be at the Old Hickory Mall to meet the public and sign autographs, Sunday afternoon. The Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant is in it 59th Year in the Hub City and organizers said the event continues to draw some of the top young women across the state. On Sunday, the contestants will meet the public beginning at 2 p.m. Next week, the contestants will begin a whirlwind week with appearances, rehearsals and competition leading up to the Saturday night crowning of a new Miss Tennessee at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
