Bobo Investigation Continues Two Months After Disappearance

Neighbors of Karen and Dana Bobo said the family continues to search daily for their daughter, Holly. Even though larger volunteer-led searches have stopped, the family continues to comb the woods of Decatur County when they can, neighbor Tonya Manley says. Leaders with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said several agents remain on the Bobo case full-time. Although no arrests have been released, Special Agent in Charge John Mehr said leads and tips from the public remain ‘crucial’ to the investigation. A small ‘command center’ is housed inside the Decatur County National Guard Armory. Meanwhile, volunteers are organizing a bike ride on June 25 in honor of Holly Bobo. Proceeds from the event will go to the Bobo family, organizers said.
