Man Arrested in North Highland Stabbing

An altercation between two men ends with one being rushed to an area hospital and the other charged with inflicting his injuries. Investigators said Michael Foster, 51, has been charged with aggravated assault. Deputies investigating the incident said Foster began threatening the victim and within moments, they said he stabbed the victim with a knife. Foster is scheduled to be arraigned on the charge, Tuesday morning. Deputies are still investigating this incident
