2ND ANNUAL VIVIAN BELL SCHOLARSHIP LUNCHEON
The Jackson City Federation of Colored Women‘s and Youth Clubs cordially invite all of our Club sisters to come and join us at our annual Vivian Bell Memorial Scholarship Luncheon on Saturday August 06, 2011 at 12 noon at Phillips Hall located on the Historical campus of Lane College were the Tennessee Federation of Colored Women‘s and Youth Clubs began in 1906. Our Keynote speaker will be State Representative Brenda Gilmore of Nashville, Tennessee.
