Fisher Waives His Right to Preliminary Hearing

An 81-year-old man charged with raping and exposing himself to a 4-year-old girl on two separate occasions in April made a court appearance, Thursday. Robert Lee Fisher waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He remains jailed without bond.
