Cole Waives His Right to Preliminary Hearing
A Madison County grand jury will decide if Brandon Cole will stand trial for allegedly robbing an area Dollar General Store and attacking a co-worker as they closed for the night. The 21-year-old waived his right to a preliminary hearing, Thursday. He is charged with aggravated robbery. Investigators said on June 7, he used a stun gun on a co-worker, who was counting money from the register, then stole the cash and disappeared for two weeks before turning himself in last Tuesday.
