Griffin Indicted by Madison County Grand Jury

Christopher Griffin, 28, who was charged with three counts of aggravated statutory rape and criminal exposure to HIV was indicted by a grand jury, Tuesday. Police said Griffin admitted to being HIV positive and raping a teen he met online, then later in person at an abandoned house on Hale Street, where he and the victim had sex.
