Victor Thompson Appears for Arraignment

Victor Thompson pleaded not guilty, Thursday in the murder of Milan businessman, Charlie Reagan. Earlier this week, the 17-year-old, who was charged as an adult, was indicted on charges of first degree murder and especially aggravated robbery. A customer found Reagan bleeding in a service bay of his business on June 16. Thompson was arrested the next day. Police said he led them to a knife and confessed to the murder. He is being held without bond until his next court appearance on September 9.
