Jackson police are searching for a man who robbed a north Jackson tobacco store early, Wednesday evening. Around 6:45, police said a man walked into the Cigarettes Cheaper store on North Highland, armed with a small caliber revolver and robbed the store of an undetermined amount of cash. Witnesses told officers the man was black, about five -feet five inches tall and heavy set. He was wearing a hoodie with a white body and multi-colored hood, blue jean shorts.
