Woman Accused of Chasing Teen with Hammer

A Jackson mother is jailed after police said she threatened her 15-year-old daughter with a hammer at a Jackson hotel. Pearl White, 40, is charged with aggravated domestic assault in connection with the incident, Monday afternoon at the Guesthouse Inn. Investigators said White was taken into custody at another motel and a hammer was found inside her purse. She is currently free on a $5,000 bond.
