Garner Charged with Home, Auto Burglaries

Madison County deputies are crediting the quick actions of concerned citizens in helping them capture a Jackson man in the act of burglarizing their neighbor’s home. According to deputies, Dylan Garner,18, is charged with aggravated burglary and auto burglary. Deputies told ABC 7 Eyewitness News, neighbors alerted them, Wednesday morning to a suspicious person who they saw break into several cars in the 2000 block of Riverside Drive. When deputies arrived, they said they found Garner, armed and trying to break into a house in the 600 block of Goblet Road. Deputies were able to recover the items taken from the vehicles. Garner will officially be arraigned on the charges, Friday morning.
