Perry County Sex Offender Arrested

A sex offender wanted in Perry County has been arrested in Minnesota, after failing to comply with Tennessee’s sex offender registry laws. U.S. Marshals took Victor George Wall, 43, into custody, Thursday morning at his girlfriend’s home in Duluth, Minnesota. Wall, who was convicted on child molestation charges, fled Perry County four years ago. He is also wanted in Dickson County on similar charges. Wall remains jailed, awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
