Two Charged with Violating Sex Offender Registry

Two convicted sex offenders in Henry County are free on bond after separate investigations revealed each failed to comply with the state’s Sex Offender Registry laws. Deputies arrested Fred Savage, 32, who moved to Paris from Kentucky, after they received a tip a minor was living in his home. Investigators say they were able to confirm Savage did have his sister and her one-month-old baby living in the house. David Neighbors, 53, was also arrested by deputies. Investigators say Neighbors, who is a violent sex offender from Florida, also had small children living in his home.
