Deangelo White Waives Hearing; Case to Grand Jury

A preliminary hearing was held, Thursday, for a third suspect in the kidnapping and robbery of a couple in east Jackson last month. Deangelo White, 20, of Jackson, waived his right to the hearing, allowing his case to go onto the Madison County grand jury. White faces several charges in the July attack along with an additional drug count. White’s co-defendants, Grico Clark and Jordan Curry, both 18, have already had their preliminary hearings. Both cases will also be heard by a grand jury.
