Investigators in Gibson County are trying to determine what led to the death of a man found under a bridge just outside of Humboldt. Deputies said family members found the body of Randy Hicks, 32, Tuesday afternoon just off South 17th Avenue. Investigators are looking into Hicks’ background in an effort to reconstruct events leading up to his death. An autopsy is underway, however, deputies said at this point, his death does not appear to be a homicide.
