Police Seeking Other Possible Victims of Waller

ABC 7 Eyewitness News is learning more about the Jackson man, now being called a serial rapist by local law enforcement. Alvin J. Waller, 34, is charged with a count of attempted first degree murder, two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping and 10 counts of aggravated rape in the attacks of two different women in Jackson and Madison County. Investigators believe there are even more victims and are encouraging them to come forward. ABC 7 Eyewitness News has uncovered more about Waller’s criminal past. Records show he is convicted felon, and served almost four years in federal prison for a firearms charge. He is also charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault and larceny, among other counts. Investigators continue their search for the other man in the car along with Waller during the May 15 attack. He is described as a dark-complected black man in his early 20’s, with gold teeth and a tattoo on his neck.
