Two people are behind bars in Henry County after deputies said they broke into a Paris tire store, taking new tires. Phillip Bomar, 42, of Camden and Stacie Teague, 39, of Paris were arrested early Sunday morning after a deputy spotted them pulling out from behind Scott Tire in Paris. They led officers on a brief chase before losing control and crashing. Each face several charges and will make their first court appearance, Tuesday.
