Jackson Man Indicted on Rape Charges

A grand jury has indicted the Jackson man accused of beating and raping a family member of his wife in March of this year. During Charles Wesley Cole’s preliminary hearing his 22-year-old accuser testified to him raping her. She told police she was spending the night at the couple’s home when the attack took place. Cole returns to court to be arraigned on the charge, next Monday.
