Findings Released in Guard Helicopter Crash

Officials with the Tennessee National Guard said power lines are to blame for the fatal crash of a Kiowa Warrior helicopter in Campbell County this summer. Investigators said the crash happened while Chief Warrant Officer Dan Cole, 41, and 1st Lieutenant Thomas Williams, Junior, 26, were performing a training exercise in a rural area of East Tennessee. Cole, who was a Chester County native, most recently lived in the Knoxville area, as did Williams.
