Thousands of West Tennesseans are feeling a little healthier after getting free health tests and screenings, Saturday. Organizers estimate 5,000 people from all across the area attended the 32nd Annual West Tennessee Health Fair in downtown Jackson. They were able to visit more than 100 vendors and receive countless free services. “We have so many free screenings to offer, whether it be bone density testing or lab work and all of the A.W.A.R.E.S.,” said Melissa Walls, co-chairman of the event. “It is just a great opportunity for people to come out and take advantage of this.” Unfortunately, if you missed the Health Fair, you will have to wait until next year to take part in this scale of free services
