Flatiron Grille Reopens

A day after being seized by the state for back taxes, Flatiron Grille in north Jackson has reopened. The restaurant opened again at 3, Tuesday afternoon. Owner Frank Arcuri told ABC 7 Eyewitness News they are still working through a few things but are on the path to settling their tax issues. Monday, the state closed down the restaurant, attaching a note to the door from the Department of Revenue’s Tax Enforcement Division.
