A Gibson County woman has been charged with TennCare fraud in Madison County for allegedly using her daughter’s benefits to get free dental services. Carita Lee, 33, of Humboldt is charged with two counts of TennCare fraud. Investigators said only under special circumstances can an adult be eligible for dental benefits through TennCare. Lee could face up to two years per count on the charge, which is also a felony.
