Man Charged with DUI Had Children in Car

A Hardeman County father has been arrested and charged with DUI and reckless endangerment after Middleton Police said he was driving his two children with a blood alcohol level, twice the legal limit. Ernest Deibel, 35, of Saulsbury was pulled over Monday evening and according to the police report blew a .16 on a breathalyzer. The four and six year old children were not hurt. Deibel is scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday.
