Man Escapes from Madison Co. Penal Farm

A Madison County inmate who forced his way out of the penal farm Sunday night remains on the loose. Tod Brandon Osborn, 44, of Jackson escaped just after 7, Sunday night. He was serving time for non-violent offenses including marijuana possession, trespassing, evading arrest and failure to pay child support. Deputies said Osborn was able to escape by forcing his way through some fencing surrounding the penal farm in West Madison County. He now faced additional charges of escape and vandalism.
