Trio Arrested in Tipton Co. Connected to Multiple Thefts

A trio of Shelby County suspects are facing theft charges after their truck was stopped in Tipton County. Elvis Hester, 31, Christopher Palmer, 36, and Rodney Williams, 35, were arrested during a traffic stop on Mount Carmel Road after deputies saw a large quantity of electronic items in their truck. Investigation using surveillance video showed that the items valued at more than $4,300 were taken from Walmart in Dyersburg. Investigators said the suspects are also in the video. The suspects are also facing charged in Shelby County. They will appear in court November 15.
