The City of Jackson has a new firefighter of the year. The Jackson Exchange Club recognized Jackson Fire Department Captain Peter Hahn of Station 5 with this year’s honor. Hahn joined the Jackson Fire Department in May of 1996, and leaders said throughout his exceptional 15 years of service, he has exemplified the traits of being a self motivator with a positive attitude.
