Suspect in Nail Salon Burglaries Arrested

A suspect from Louisiana is facing charges for a burglary of one and damage at three Jackson nail salons. Hein Si Ho of Laplace, Louisiana is charged with burglary, theft of property and two counts of vandalism and attempted burglary involving the salons. He is also facing charges in North Carolina on vehicle theft charges. Officers found damage early Friday at two nail salons along Vann Drive in north Jackson. One had broken into and had items taken. Officers first responded to an alarm call at the Vann Drive locations. The officers then went to a nail location on Bowling Drive and found Ho in the parking lot and several items taken from the salon on Vann Drive. Investigators believe Ho was preparing to break into that location. He will be arraigned in city court Monday.
