Charges Filed In Horse Soring Case
Two men and a woman charged with violating the federal Horse Protection Act have agreed to plead guilty.

Federal court records show change of plea hearings set Tuesday in Chattanooga for 33-year-old Jeffery Bradford and 38-year-old Barney Davis of Lewisburg and 25-year-old Christen Altman of Shelbyville.
A fourth defendant, 35-year-old Paul Blackburn of Shelbyville, has already changed his plea. His sentencing is set Jan. 23.
