New Fire Chief Named in Gibson County
The two-month long search is over as Gibson County named a new fire chief. Monday, Bryan Cathey was officially named as chief. He has been filling in as interim chief for the last two months. Chief Cathey has spent more than 30 years as a volunteer fireman. The move comes after Chief Carmen Lannom’s retirement.
