Good news if you are driving to your Thanksgiving destinations as gas prices are actually down. In the Jackson area, gas prices are hovering around $3.10 a gallon of regular unleaded, but can be found for a s little a $3.04 at stations on the Highway 45 Bypass and Old Hickory Boulevard. The Lundburg Survey reports drivers are paying an average of $3.38 nationwide, which is down about a nickel over the past two weeks, which is music to area driver’s ears. “They’re falling.
