Osborn Pleads Guilty in Jail Escape

The Madison County inmate recently re-captured after escaping from penal farm, last month, pleaded guilty, Tuesday. According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, Tod Osborn 44, entered the plea to charges of escape and vandalism. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the Madison County jail. Deputies said Osborn was able to push his way through a fence at the penal farm in early October. He was arrested in Scotts Hill five weeks later. He was originally jailed on non-violent charges including drug counts, failure to pay child support and evading arrest
