Local Teacher Named Educator fo the Month
Congratulations to one of 7 Eyewitness News’ recent Tennessee Education Lottery Educator of the Week winners. That’s because she has been chosen as the statewide Teacher of the Month. Debbie Abbot is a first grade teacher at Spring Hill School in Gibson County. She told 7 Eyewitness News watching the light bulb go off in her young students gives here a sense of accomplishment. After her win in October she became eligible for the Educator of the Month award.
