Suspect in Trenton Convenience Store Burglary Jailed

The suspect who came face-to-face with the armed owner of a convenience store is behind bars thanks to a viewer who saw the story on 7 Eyewitness News, Thursday night. According to investigators, Danny Frazier, 24, of Greenfield is charged with burglary and vandalism of the Party Mart in Trenton. Surveillance video showed the owner of the store confronting Frazier and firing his gun at him during the break-in Tuesday night. A viewer who saw the story knew of a man who had gone to the emergency room of a Martin hospital with a gun shot to the forearm and called police. investigators questioned Frazier about his wounds and said he gave different sketchy stories. Frazier is being held in the Gibson County Correctional Facility without bond due to being on probation for a previous charge.
