Homeowner Stops Would-Be Thieves
Two men are behind bars Tuesday, accused of breaking into a Medina man’s house Monday afternoon. Robert Frye, Jr. and Althon Smith have been arrested and charged with aggravated burglary at a house on Blackmon Street. Authorities said that they arrested Frye walking near the home shortly after the crime. Smith was picked up about an hour later. According to the police report, both suspects confessed to the break-in, and said they were trying to steal prescription drugs from the home.
