Four Union City Police Officers Suspended

Four more officers have been suspended in Union City in the aftermath of the arrest of a police officer. Officials said three of the officers were suspended shortly after officer Mike Hogg was arrested by the TBI on theft and fraud charges. One deputy, who may have known about the case, was also suspended. Hogg was arrested last week after an investigation into an alleged theft of an all-terrain vehicle from his home back in August. According to investigators, he gave the ATV to another person before filing a theft report. They said he also collected insurance money. Hogg faces termination.
