SeaPort Airlines to Launch Service at McKeller-Sipes
SeaPort Airlines has been selected by the U.S. Department of Transportation to provide Essential Air Service at McKeller-Sipes Airport. Beginning January 22, 2012, SeaPort will operate two daily round trips between Jackson and Nashville, and Jackson and Memphis. The trips will run Monday through Friday, with a single trip being offered to each city on both Saturday and Sunday. The airlines is offering an introductory fare of $29 to both Memphis and Nashville for every seat on every flight through February 14, 2012. According to the airline, after the introductory period, fares to Nashville are anticipated to range from $39 to $119 and Memphis will range from $29 to $69 depending on advance purchase.
