Tipton County Home Owners Fight Intruders

A fight between a Tipton County home owner and two intruders left one man in the hospital this weekend. Officials said the Brighton couple were at home when two men broke in the home through the back door.That is when Deputies said the fight began. Reports show the suspect hit one of the homeowners in the face and head with a handgun. One shot was fired during the fight. The two suspects fled the scene on foot, and authorities are still looking for them. The victim was treated and released from an area hospital.
