Foreman Convicted in Home Burglary

A Jackson man charged with breaking into a vacant apartment last June on Holland Avenue and stealing appliances then trying to re-sell them has been convicted by a Madison County grand jury. Willie Earl Foreman, 22, was found guilty of aggravated burglary and theft. He will be sentenced at a later date. Also, during the trial, Denise Sails, 21, of Jackson was arrested and charged with aggravated perjury for allegedly giving false testimony during the trial. She remains jailed in lieu of $30,000 bond.
