Several Babies Born on Leap Day

Wednesday was a special day. February 29 only comes around every four years and ensures you will always be younger than your peers. Joining the group of leap year babies was Cassidy Jaden. She arrived Wednesday morning at 3:20 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Her mom said having a leap year baby is special, but she can forsee confusion in the future. “Probably next year, when it’s time for her birthday to come again cause next year it will be the 28th and then it will go from the 29th straight to the 1st,” said new mother, Kachaelle Davis. Cassidy is one of four babies born Wednesday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
